Our 90 Day Limited Warranty for Tested Computer Components – Tested by Bulldog IT Ltd
Bulldog IT Ltd provides a 90 day limited warranty to the original purchaser on all computer components tested and sold by Bulldog IT Ltd (or its agents). We confirm they are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
Coverage:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the tested computer components under normal use and service. The warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchased component(s) at the discretion of Bulldog IT Ltd or its agents.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:
Claim Procedure:
To make a claim under this 90 day limited warranty, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact Bulldog IT Ltd within the warranty period. The component(s) in question must be returned to Bulldog It Ltd, 8 Hollywell Way. Cambridgeshire. PE3 6SS at the purchaser’s expense, unless otherwise instructed by Bulldog IT Ltd.

Resolution:
Upon receipt of the defective component(s), Bulldog IT Ltd or its agents will, at its discretion, either repair, replace, or refund the component(s) in accordance with the terms of this warranty. All repaired or replaced components will be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Bulldog IT Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the tested computer components, even if Bulldog IT Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
Entire Agreement:
This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the purchaser and Bulldog IT Ltd or its agents regarding the tested computer components and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.

Effective Date:
This warranty is effective from the date of purchase of the tested computer components.
By purchasing and using the tested computer components, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this warranty.
